Engine will not turn over except for jumping solenold

Have power when i turn key but starter wont turn wire from battery is good put new ignition relay in and ignition switch in but still nothing

I am on hard times cant get no money till the 3rd . i have to get this rv moved befor i get a ticket if any body can help i will repay on the 3rd

Had starter bench checked it is bad wont even turn now need to find 40$ for starter

Now to put the iceing on the cake fixed one problem now starter is bad

thanks Matt for explaining that to him...Ive been a little busy.  A shop would save us all a lot of time.  This was to troubleshoot only!...was not intended as a fix.  Personally I just needed a little closure on this thread...lol  its been a marathon for us all.  Now maybe he can drive to a shop.

disconnect green wire from relay. take a wire from the post that the green wire goes to and run it to ground.  crank engine
