I'm thinking about buying a 1970 Dodge Travco that runs but there's alot to do to get it back into shape!! I'm up for the project but don't know how much to pay for it! No refer, no water heater, flooring garbage, needs fiberglass work, 1 original seat, cabinetry poor condition and alot of other smaller problems!! Can someone give me an idea??

Thanks!!

Hi Kellie! Yes, my idea is don't buy it.  Guestimate is at least $6,000 plus, mostly plus, to get it in good shape.  There are Travco's out there which are in fairly good original shape.  I'll see what I can turn up on Craigs national search just for fun.  Don't get me wrong. We love Travco's. They're great rvs, classic and highly sought after in good running and interior condition. Problem is, one you outlines will take over a year plus to get up anywhere near ready, not counting mechanical/engine/transmission/tire issue that are sure to crop up. Better someone else paid the bucks to bring them up to speed, instead of using your money for hay for those good horses!
