As soon as I get some decent pictures I will post them

I still have absolutely no idea as to why I bought this thing, we were hunting in Canada two years back and we came upon a rancher who politely informed us that we had strayed onto land he was stewarding(what ever that meant) then he asked us if we would stay for coffee ( ok I thought it was strange but when in Rome).  As we walked up to the house I spotted this really bashed and rust RV at first I thought it was a box trailer. As we talked he told us the tale of how he flipped it while driving through an ice storm and how his son had used it for target practice. We chatted for about an hour and as we left he said how about (pronounced boot) I give you boys twenty dollars to haul the weekender away. My buddy Terry said of-course and told him to keep his twenty dollars. We got the truck and hitched it up no lights no papers no plates and bald 20 year old tires. So as we got on down the road Terry asked "where do we dump this thing " and I said "in my driveway". Believe it or not we made it to Winnipeg yep we drove the entire 11 kilometers without a problem and stopped at a farm supply store and bought tires wheels grease and wheel bearings and an hour later we were headed for California. I talked the DMV into a plate after stripping this thing down to the frame and started the work. On the application  form the form asks for a value so I put 20.00 bucks, when the plate arrived I thought of the old guy I got the RV from bought a thank card and placed that 20.00 in the envelope ( we still write back and forth  to this day ).

BTW I still think I got the better end of that deal
