Thanksgiving has come and gone but it isn't forgotten.

There were about 65 Amazon workampers and family members at the Thanksgiving Dinner at the campground. There were so many faces I had never seen before simply because we are all on different work schedules and because some campers are on the opposite end of the campground and we never run into each other. I got to talk to some I had never met, but still there were those I didn't get to meet.

The food was delicious!
Three turkeys had been deep-fried by the campground owner, aided by at least 4 campers, 2 hams had been cooked by Mary, who also organized the whole dinner feast. I had helped by setting up the tables and chairs, cleaning and toting dishes to the Rec Hall. Everyone always makes their best dishes for these meals so there was plenty of delicious food to eat. Of course, I became full before I could try them all, darn it.

Several of us stayed behind to clean tables and make sure all the trash was thrown out. Tables and chairs will be put away sometime today.

All in all, it was a great RV Family Thanksgiving Dinner! My only regret was forgetting to take my camera and getting pictures.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
