Day 5 - We have been up until midnight most of this week eagerly trying to prep our girl ( still unnamed ) Wigwam for our two -up coming spring break camping trips. We had planned to use our 83 Palomino pop-up, which we have loved... But we are just too excited to not use our new girl. We have washed and bathed her from almost top to bottom and made some adorable additions, like chevron curtains... and cute clock and have filled her shelves and cupboards with dishes and mugs. We are sorta ready....
In addition we have some good news....what's working... Electric lights, propane light, Furnace Heater, water pump, water tank, sinks, toilet, shower, all window cranks, grey water tank and it appears our fridge too. The bad; no exterior lights at all :( although we have detected there is a current going through. Can't figure out where the break in circuit is occurring. Haven't tested our water heater yet... And today it rained, our leaks are very real! , gotta deal with those ASAP...
Soooo... One super large raincoat (tarp) from Lowe's and some emergency running lights from auto zone and we plan to take her out for our trips anyway.
Like I said "eager" are we and she's sorta ready.
