Boy am I tired! I had a real fun weekend in the Anza Borrego Desert, lots of good friends, lots of good food, lots of alchohol....

This was the 'After Tax' weekend, and Mother Nature took real nice care of us. The temps were great, wind was low, and a good time was had by all. I made my first (and not last) "Bacon Explosion" and it was an absoloute success. Taste was delicious, and everyone had some. There was no left-overs!

This was one YUMMY log!

Breakfast of Champions!

And even my friend Vasquez suffered from the Bacon Explosion food coma, and was not imune from my pranks..

Good times indeed...

Calvin, do a google search for "Bacon Explosion" and theres a few places that chat about it. It was freaking AMAZINGLY GOOD! Sure, its the bacon overload, but you just cut a slice and have one or two... its not like you actually eat more bacon than you would normally have with breakfast.
