Well everyone...we are back in Akron, OH. from South Bend KOA. Job did not workout as planned.
Owners were very demanding and users.
We would not recomend working there as workampers, if you do not fit in with their DUO ways of doing things, your out the gate. Dianne was not fast enough on computer, and [supposedly] did many things that irritated the lady owner. Dianne did good when working by herself, but soon as Patricia walked in....everything was being done wrong.

Then you had Thomas telling her to do computer thing totally different than what Patricia showed her....Remember the old saying.."Left hand did not know what the right hand was doing"?

And then when the had disscussions...they were always in GERMAN.

We are preparing to leave for Rockytop Campground in Blountville, TN. This time we done more adance checking and the rating and reviews are great and are as recent as June 2009.

Wish us luck.

More later...

Well, did not get to go to TN..truck is down and no $$ coming in. Having to look for work here at home to get truck fixed. Ball joint busted and screwed up the steering..[drivers side]. Will cost me about $500.00 to fix.

So right now trailer is at Dianne's brothers house and we are staying accross town at her oldest daughters place for now.

Will let all know how we do...we are still looking for a campground for the winter months and maybe we can get hired at Dollywood next March..[applications are in the mail to them].

Have a safe holiday and best to all
