Thanks for your comments. I do enjoy writing about our adventures. I too get really jazzed reading about other people's projects. There was nothing available on the calibration portion of an oven. That is why I took the time to share and hopefully reduce other members frustration levels. Everyone is so supportive and inspiring to keep these old rigs on the road and improving them with some new up dated bells and whistles. P

Fortunately ours is functioning fine for now, but this will be great reference if something should happen in the future to the regulator. We too are gluten free eaters, my wife has celiac disease and so it is a necessity with her so I eat the same way to prevent cross contamination of her food.</p>
