Well most RV manuals are useless for help in finding stuff. Look for manuals for each item... fridge, furnace, water heater, etc. Not all AC units do both cooling and heating, and the majority that do offer heating are meant for only running time--just long enough to take the chill off. The fridge not cooling on 120 volt can be either a bad control board or the heating rod is bad. Generally the black and gray tanks are located near the rear, look for the sewer hookup and pull valves on the left side. FWIW, all mine have been just past the axle.
