Greetings David, Please take this with a grain of salt if I step on your intelligence here but I'll give this a shot. Most of the RV fridges are two or three way operation. (this is where the salt comes in) look for a panel on the fridge and assure it is in the 120 volt mode. It may have been jarred out of that mode if it took a rough bump at some point. the next thing I would check is the operation in the other modes LP and 12 volt if offered. If the fridge works in the other modes then you can assume (sorry) that you have a problem with your 120 volt circuit. If your fridge is 120 only then I would unplug it and test the circuit with a multi meter or test light. if you have power at the outlet then a continuity test is in order to test the condition of the power cord.  That is about as far as I can take you on this issue as I'm not familiar with the inner workings with the Norcolds. One thing I will mention though is if you are not as close to near perfectly level measured at the fridge it will affect the operation of the fridge if you are way off you can actually cause a bubble in the coolant that will not allow the fridge to cool and is quite difficult to remedy.
