You are making me feel so guilty, Russ!!!

I feel terrible I fell off the radar - but if you see my second to last post you'll see that once I made it to Texas, a sad family situation put an end to my "wanderings". I was glad to be there to support them, but wow, did that knock the wind out of my sails.

And, I hated that I had to miss going in search of Lakota - and challenge him to that game of Chinese checkers I promised.

Home now, and in the last week of the semester - two final papers to pull out of my...bumper.  Poor Juno has been sitting neglected on her pad for a month now waiting for me to hose her down, vacuum and start round 2!

I promise a "things I learned" post sometime in the next couple of weeks.

I suspect I didn't fully solve my heat soak/vapor lock issue, but now I know what it is and plan my driving around it.  I will say the fan clutch does keep the temperature gauge a tic cooler, and that did seem to do the trick in cooler/moderate weather.

Cheers to all, and hope everyone has fun summer trips planned....

Sorry, Dawn, wasn't trying to do that. I'll beat myself with a wet noodle 100 times. Will that make up for it?????

Haha.  Well, okay, sounds like you've suffered enough ;-P

Welcome back Dawn,, Your writings are awesome,, You have a unique talent to bring the reader into the story as if there. Glad your travels were enjoyable, besides a few mishaps,, But thats what adds adventure to them. We hope to read more on the adventures you had, and hope you add some humor to the mishaps,
