No problem. Got a few more on the channel. Kinda' my way of keeping track of all the stuff I've done to her. Next stop is the Dometic Recall fix. I've ordered the kit and will be going through that with the RM 2852 (2003) 2 way fridge.

About the clear coating issue... my take is that this rig is 30+ years old and my concern if it was new would be I just made any future job dealing with the decal a PITA. Now, given that the old one left quite the shadow of preserved paint behind that there was really not a good way to hide it I made the strategic decision to just seal what was basically an ink-jet label. Now it may lead to a cracking of the clearcoat but the coating itself ain't that thick and the fiberglass has small cracks anyway. That's my take.

Hey Jimco, I was told by a body shop: do not clear coat over a decal. Have you heard differently? Is it ok?
