Hi,

I am renovating my 1976 Dodge Nomad Class C motorhome.

I'm looking for information on the chassis so I can get the proper parts.

Any help is appreciated.

thanks.

If your looking for chassis parts, first see about picking up a CB200 or 300 manual for the Dodge Cutaway van. Sportsman is the likely model. Engines for most are the dodge 360 with the 2 barrel Carter carb and the 3 speed Torqueflight 727 auto transmission. Some models had that tranny hooked up to a Carter or Rochester 4 barrel and the Dodge 440 big block. Many parts are widely available as long as you know your VIN which can determine build date and specs. Also see if there is still a sticker under the hood on the passenger side that has specification details listed. Welcome to the club!!

This is what I have so far,
Year Make Model: 1976 Dodge Sportsman
Chassis: MB400
Engine: 360 with Holly 2Bbl
Trans: Torque flight 727
Front Axle: 3800#
Rear Axle: 7200#
GVWR: 10,500#
I got most of the info off of the vin.
The engine is no problem, I can find parts for it all day. What I need to find are the brake parts, rotors, drums and the like.
Will the CB300 use the same brake parts? I'm having the same difficulties locating drums and rotors for it.
