Not sure, but my Corsair 19 has something similar and if you trace the wires toward the back you may find them going to the wheels. This is a switch for electric brake. If you have an anti-sway bar and don't drive crazy downhills, you should not need to use them. I drove mine when I recently got it for 300 miles and it towed so well didn't think about needing them.
