Tell us a little About Yourself
We have been RVing for over 30 years and I am about to restore my Dad's old RV, a 1972 Chevrolet Open Road chassis mount with a 454 in it.

I have a 1971 Chevrolet "Open Road" motor home for sale. It was my Dads' and I got it in 1997. It has been in storage since 1999 here in Redding. It only has about 6,000 miles on a rebuilt 454 ci, v8 engine with a truck automatic transmission that my dad put in it to replace the 350 ci it had. I was going to restore it but due to heath problems I have been unable to. I drove it to storage (in 1999) and it ran well but hasn’t been run for 18 years. It has in cab A/C and is on a 1 ton Custom Camper/30 chassis (Chevy made this frame for chassis built motor homes) with a dually rear end. It has a tailgate that lowers and becomes a patio with a rear sliding glass patio door. It sleeps 6, has a refer, stove, kitchenette, a bathroom and shower.

I am looking for someone interested in restoring it, please make an offer.
