HELP!! Inside wall Questions

Im redoing a 1975 Dodge Coachman Tioga, down to studs thanks to rot.  My questions/problems1. Plywood- great option but wall paper or sticker vinyl seems hard and not a great long term2. Paneling - if there is a leak it will be destroyed instantly and have to be replaced and reglued - messy and a lot of work, but on the positive I will know if there is a leak rght away, ceiling in paneling seems a bit hard with the glue.3.  Wood paneling such as cedar plank - downside heavy4. Iam looking for tailights for our 1982 Travelmate motorhome. They have 3 lenses and are surface mount. They were very common in the 70 and 80 not made anymore. Looking to purchase a pair.
