1985 Fleetwood Pace Arrow A/c Not working

Hey everyone, I am getting everything fixed on this thing at a rapid pace and am now stumped due to lack of knowledge. this has 2 overhead Dometic Penguin a/c units, the one in the bed room works fine on 120V except the heater, the one up front does nothing. I know they both will not work together as its a 30 amp set up and I have tried running the front one separately off of the Generator but nothing, have located the switches inside the cabinet to switch them over as well and still nothing, am I missing something???

Have you checked the switch to verify that current is actually being switched from one to the other?

Also check the *fan /blower motor,,to see if its stuck,,, with power off,, take top cover off and give the squirrle motor a spin.If it spins freely,, then you possibly have a bad *starter relay coil.
