black tank odor

 what chemical works the best in the black tank? our tanks are very small so using alot of water wont work for us. we dry camp for a few days at a time in the desert.i think they are 20or 25 gal tanks. we cant find any paper work on the tanks yet. thank you for any help, we are new to all this, but it is still better then the tent we had. thanks bill

   Joy and I like the orange citrus type tank treatment in the little dissolvable  packets.  It's hard to figure it out when you start out.  We have tried several kinds now.  Were still pretty new to.  As far as figuring your tank size, get the outside dimensions and use this calculator http://www.fishlore.com/ConversionCalculator.htm  It will be real close.  Hope this helps, Tony, Joy and Cool Paw Luke
