I have never had a wall separation but have seen a bunch of them, I often wondered if you couldn't drill holes in the outer shell and inject resin into the void and press the shell back against it with jacks placed between the wall and say a garage wall. Any way you can buy aluminum sheeting for RV's. I think there is a link up top of the page or some of the more savvy members can jump in with info for you.
Hi Rich, I tried the holes..... and it was a mess from start to ending..... I will check out the aluminum sheeting. Thanks for the reply.

It's a shame that they manufacture these things with this known problem. There are just to many of them on the road with this issue for the industry to not know about it. I'm sorry you are going through this and I wish you good luck on finding a solution.
Hi Pat I went on line and found several sites that address this issue. here is one http://www.delamrepair.com/ I just googled repairing delaminated RV outside walls and there are quite a few post.
Don't feel alone in this issue. Just being in the RV park for a year, I would say 95% of the smooth side RV, have all had delamination issues. Even saw one here that was only 5 months old needing both back sides and part of the nose replaced. Owner stated he was on a waiting list and dealer/rv shp said it will be approx. 3 to 6 months to squeeze him in and that he will have to leave it for at least 3 months. These folks are full timers, so its going to be a battle with the dealer on a replacement rv for the time being. Considering that these new fancy smooth sided rigs are triple digit, that the manufacturer would have studied the long term effects. Thank goodness for the older battle weary, ready to hit the road at a moments notice rigs are still around.I've seem the drill a hole, inject sealant, only to make it look worse. Good luck on resolving the issue, take pics and share your story.
