Does anyone now how i would install water and sewer tanks to a 30' Gulf stream fema trailer?

I purchased a 2006 Gulf 30"fema Trailer I could not pass it up for the price and it is in stellar condition. I had A 1971 20" Holiday  ramber at my club that leaked so i didn't use the toilet sink ect.
Thats why i  picked up the fema trailer so my wife and daughter didn't have to use a port a potty in the restroom any more.
Well the guy at the rv place Failed to tell me that fema rv had no water or sewer tanks.
so im still primitive Rvin it!!
So my question is kinda 3 part so bear with me.
First how do i install the tanks and how many do i need? someone said i need 3,It does have a 8gal hot water tank on it now. all pluming lines are there also so it should be pretty easy i think, so how do i do it and what do i need?
Also can i take the pump and tanks off of the Holiday Ramber? the tanks dont leak the pump works it just had some leaks in the lines.
Any advise would be great
also where would i get the tanks i need? should i order direct from gulf stream? or would after market be fine?
Thanks,

Tony Hostetler.....

Was the warning sticker still on it inside, saying that it was not suitable for full-time habitation? A lot of the resellers are pulling the stickers off. They were all condemned, essentially, for formaldehyde outgassing and other chemical problems.

I know I've been seeing hundreds of them, including the one in transit that knocked over a fuel pump at the Wal-Mart in Childress, TX.
there are some stickers but i didn't see a one saying that.... what should i do. how can the gov even sell them to resellers like that? And What can i do? its as is...... i have young kids its a weekend thing but even so ,I would hate to expose them to that. is there a way to find out if my trailer is one of them? how would i test is? it is in good shape floor solid no leaks i checked all that. what do I do?
thanks
Tony

I heard another report on NPR, but now I can't find it.

My guess is that they don't have any more formaldehyde than most new RV's, especially since they're all 5 years old, now. The main point is that they were supposed to be (in fact, were, when the government sold them) placarded as suitable only for occasional use, not long-term use. To me, that says a weekend might be fine; a month might be iffy; permanent housing is a definite no-no. They suggest deer-lease use, etc.

Is it a Cavalier?
Yes it is...cavalier. solid i just worked all night was up or 36hrs and the one place i didn't look is under the camper.i did look that it had a pump out valve and i did look under for rust and i just spaced the tanks. do you know how i can replace them? of i don't have every day hook up or dump at my club i have to run a hose for fresh water and pump into one of the blue totes to empty myself.
as fo the formaldehyde. that sucks!!! but as sneaky as most of the companies are they new by 2006 that they were being watched so id hope that they were not using it by then anymore. it is a wknd thing but its most wknds all sumer. and i go in winer for ice fishing. so exposure is not everyday but it is allot.
Thanks.
oh it said in the cabinet that it had tanks a 35 gal fresh water and a 25 gal black i believe and the 8 gal HWH
To retrofit black and greywater tanks into that cavalier, check this thread out: http://www.goodoldrvs.com/forum/topics/how-do-i-retrofit-holding
