I recently purchased a fiberglass gutted Triple E Surfside trailer and need to install interior walls that are easy to install, washable and will withstand cold winter storage. I also need to install the flooring..would I used linoleum? What materials are out there?

The one think I can tell you is DO NOT use linoleum, it will split in cold temperatures. Pergo floating flooring seems to be the best for standing up to cold weather and wear and tear of use.
As for walls, I am thinking of using cheap paneling (relatively speaking since it is $14 a sheet at Lowes) and painting the back with water sealer marine type varnish and using a high gloss white on the front side. I have 2 sheets to replace on the bedroom walls and 2 sheets to replace on the living room ceiling since the PO let things slide in keeping leaks sealed up. Here is a link to what I am thinking of using: DPL Hardboard Smooth
Others who are more knowledgeable than I will be piping in shortly and we will both benefit from their know how of what works and what doesn't.
Just a few cents worth,,,,,,,, Ive used Bathroom/ shower board, Home depot has it in 4x8 sheets,, It has a very nice laminate type surface,, easily cleans and is waterproof, (excluding the back side). It which case I water sealed it and caulked real good around the edges. With walls Ive done what Russell did,, bought inexpensive paneling. There are several under $20 a sheet, with different shades of lightwood and dark and even designs. Ya have to use imagination and go with it.
Pergo hardwood floor holds up very well with variations of temps,, easy to sweep and clean also.. Floor tile with lift and crack and curl etc... Looks great for about 2 months,, then ya have an ut oh moment.
