I understand the sentiment, Deborah. Seems like we get one use out of our MH each year and then it sits needing repairs. We probably will get zero use out of ours this year but with the intense remodeling of the front third it will make next year even more enjoyable. Hang in there, enduring the idiocracies of owning a GORV is part and parcel of the mental illness LOL. Keep us posted.

There is a lot to do to an old timer Deborah, but new isn't trouble free either. Now that you have a handle on it you can start with the worst and bring it back one section at a time.God luck with your project Deborah.

thank you for the push ahead we let it set for a 2 years bad idea let the one son use it wrong move on my part need to be creative for the bedroom door ours is broken any ideas I'm getting ready to sew curtains oh yeah the mice any ideas on how to get rid of the little buggers thanks

Hi Deborah, I am so glad you are tackling the MH once again. Is it possible to get a picture of the bedroom door? It may be that building one is possible, As for the mice, traps are your best bet, trying to find their entry point and getting it sealed will be very helpful. I've read that grating up Irish spring soap and keeping the RV ground covered with it will stop mice from coming in as they supposedly don't like it. Look at the RV Parts and Salvage Yards link. You may locate a used door or find one that can be utilized. Good Luck, and please keep us posted.
