repair black pipe?

I have a 76 dodge explorer. the pipe to clean out the black water holding tank has a small leak. It's near the open/close value on the tank side. can I fix it or have to replace the pipe? It's like a small crack on the bottom of the pipe

I can't remember if it was this sight or another but some fella said that black ABS can be attatched to regular plastic with ABS solvent. I hope so because I going to try this as soon as I find a fitting close to same shape as my pipe. I checked and U can also puchase flat ABS pieces on Amazon for a reasonable price. I am going to try building a hole new end for my tank and glue it on. Lot cheaper than a $400 tank and a lot less hassle.

cool. looking forward to hearing how it works. I don't need a flat piece, it's the round exit pipe that's leaking, so I think I can just cut out the leaking part and glue in a new pipe. thanks for the note!!
