unfortunately it did leak so i have 6' of inner roof to fix while im at it ill add extra bracing for a/c unit noticed roof sagging just a bit know about the caulking but good info for new people on here

i wish i did know more about its history i am at least the 3rd or 4th owner 67000 miles on the odometer the floor and side are in great shape few minor spot to repair but some one added a/c unit and front vent and didn't seal it properly so i have to repair front half of the roof the mechanical s  are in good condition oter than fuel tank gummed up

Bob, if you haven't yet seen my album on the "History of Pace Arrow Motorhomes", you can find it here on GORV's. In the early days, Fleetwood was bold in their design of the Pace Arrow but by the late 80's they seem to look just like every other motorhome on the market. I really enjoyed seeing the interior photos of the rig. That floor plan is unusual, but seems to be very functional, considering the small size of that rig. Thanks for sharing the photos.
