  I cant tell much from the picture other then it looks like the shore power cord is missing?? That's typically a 30 amp 10 gauge 3 conductor rubber covered cord to a junction box from which wires go to the load center (RV Panelboard). On some RV's that are Generator Equipped there's a 30 amp 120 volt 2 pole 3 wire grounding receptacle in that compartment where the cord is stored so if you need generator power you plug the RV's cord right into that receptacle (its the Generators output).

 Sorry if my electrical language is confusing, that's the way I learned it and how engineers and electricians communicate.

No electrical cord for camping... later inspection says... electrical everything is not quite right!
