Thanks Jan, I'll check that out. My last two children moved out this past year to peruse there careers . And as a single dad, it's been really tough on me. P.J. is the youngest of a duo that have been a part of our lives since 2001. Charlie came first and in 2006 PJ came along. in 2012 Charlie past away quite suddenly at 11 years from a blood disorder. P.J. looked to me to fill the void and we are inseparable. Both dogs have camped with us for all their lives and I wouldn't consider a trip with out her. Again thanks for the info it is much appreciated.
I know what you mean Rich I had another RV an older class A and the first ride I took with my four dogs in it something went wrong and it would backfire - really loud. All the dogs tried to get on the dash they were so scared and then they never wanted to go back in it. This one I have taken the dogs to the park and for hikes in it so they like it. You can try something called rescue remedy with her about ten minutes before you are heading out. Love traveling with my dogs cannot image not having them! Here is the site for the rescue remedy if your interested:

Nice camper Jan, and nice companion you have there. I have an 8 year old Sheltie named P.J. She was with me on my way home from picking up my M.H. and we had an explosive blow out on one of the rear inside tires, she's not a big fan of the Motor Home now but dose ok after we get under way. I'm hoping she can get over the blow out some day and hop in without reservation. I haven't the heart to leave her at home.
