Aloha frame
Hi! Before drilling holes into the side of my trailer, I thought I would check with you all and see if you think that there are studs (or whatever the trailer equivalent of studs are) at the spots where I put red dots in this picture? I am going to attach flagpole holders as part of my new DIY awning system :-) A shower curtain and ski poles are also involved :-) thank you in advance for any help you can give me!

Basic rule of thumb with studs in trailers,, they have 2x2 stud framing around windows and doors like a house. Now take into concideration,, some of the framing was reduced to 1x1 fir like strips. But looking at your trailer, its more then likely to have 2x2 framing from floor to ceiling and around the window frame.
In the forums, they have some real good pictures of other GORV'ers doing complete reconstruction and they show how most framing is done and what it looks like. hope this helps. L.W.
