I have brakes again! No more leaks. All this time what I thought was PS fluid was brake fluid. Took a while to leak down to where the BRAKE light came on.

Pulling away from the dump station at a local campground on Saturday, the BRAKE light came on. Pedal went to the floor. Long story short, master cylinder is bad. See the convenient placement? Ugh.

New one is on the way. Through the magic of PB Blaster, the 30-year-old lines came out without twisting the lines off or stripping. I haven't tried the bolts that attach the MC to the Hydroboost, but I've been "blasting" those as well.

Good news (sort of) was that the problem was the seals on the reservoir where it meets the base of the MC - but for the front only. Lost the front brakes, but the back brakes kicked in at the bottom of the pedal travel. Didn't mow down any structures or kids. Filled the front reservoir back up and made it home without issue.
