German made Tabbert Contessa de

Does anyone have any experience with a German made caravan in the states? A mechanic buddy of mine has a 1989 Tabbert Contessa De. It is a single axle and appears to be made in general UK caravan fashion, ie no wall or ceiling studs. I haven't been able to get pictures yet but of the ones he has shown to me it appears to be in great shape.

Making a rock tamer

So back in August the wife and I were pulling our Argosy to my mother in laws house some 60 miles due north. Unfortunately my wife's father had passed so we were going prepared to stay for the weekend. We didn't leave home until after dark on a Thursday evening.
