Winter in Fl! First time being a snowbird................

Have returned from Fl after being a snowbird for 3 mos, this was a first for me and my husband, it was different not to be  in Mi for the snow. missed family, did not like the bugs in the home and my cat got very ill from the Bugman who came and sprayed the home for roaches!  very ols home and needed work and new furniture, (dirty) had to go to the laundrymat and was asked for money from homeless people, which I felt very sorry for. Black water holding Tank ):

what would you suggest for my Blk water holding tank I have a new Wildwood travel Trailer and the sensor always showes that the tank is always almost full, I have used a wand to clean the toilet while they are pumping the tank out. also I buy the toilet paper only for RV's so what chemical can I use that works best to breakdown tissue and waste? Can someone please help me out(:
