My new{ish} camper

Picked up a camper, hope it is "old" enough! 1989 Skamper by Dutchman, model 1850T. Had a price I couldnt refuse, but the round trip from SC to OH did add some expense. Slapped a set of new tires on it, checked the bearings and added grease, and off I went! Slow trip, trailer wanted to sway at 60mph, so I stuck to 58-59. That can be tough on I-77!

Thanks for the comment and the info. Sorry to hear about your Kurbmaster, but glad you were ok. Any ideas you have would be greatly appreciated. I am handy, but new to this kind of project. The picture on my blog is my inspiration, and hopefully mine will look similar. They are great vehicles and really sturdy. I will definitely check the stud, frequently!
