I am planning to buy a lake lot to put my 15 foot Lark trailer on. I will have a deck built and will be leaving the trailer there for long periods of time. Should I remove the tires and if so, what do I set the trailer on? I would appreciate any information.

Thanks for your comment. The vinyl covers make sense since I will be towing the trailer sometimes. I was concerned about flat spots on the tires though.

It is best to buy vinyl tire covers to cover your tires and protect from dryrot. The sun is tough on tires.
Either that, take them off and store out of the sun.
