A new old fresh start....
Enter a craigslisted 1977 Dodge cabover rv. It took about ten seconds to fall in love with the potential of this beast....and another 5 to realize to make it work for us meant gutting...
We remain in the ugly before stage...every removed item seems to reveal more rot...but our plan is simple. Gut and rebuild simply. No plumbing save a sink to wash dishes in...simple counter tops and futons. A floating vinyl floor... The ac unit is to be junked and replaced with a portable unit...the roof...torn off and replaced with only 2 vents in it.
It's our hope we can lean on the folks here for guidance...
