After a point you have to start designing the interior. These wall partitions will provide some privacy as well as aesthetics to the inside of the van.
Started by making cardboard templates of the wall curvature then cut the OSB . Did a trial fit to make sure they will line up correctly and shimmed as needed. Did the right side the same way. Oddly you would think that the shape pf the wall would be the same but they are not!
This is the left side partition it goes from the roof to the floor the right side has the same cut away but is much shorter to tie into the cabinets that will come later.
I love doing this stuff because it is like a giant puzzle. Photos show a trial fit and gives you an idea of how it will look when done. Eventually these partitions will house speakers.

Hi Pat, The ribs inside of the van will give you a very solid and stable attachment . The idea with the Velcro works well for the short term after a while and interior heat in the summer cause the velcro to become weak and will result in squeaks and rattles after a while. !/4 OSB is good but hard to use it is not as flexible as 1/8th inch hardboard underlayment (Luan) you will need help pushing the OSB into a curve to drill and screw it to the ribs. I actually used a screw type car jack with a 2x4 to push the panels from the other side of the van.
Hi Pat thanks for providing a place for this.
In the past I have actually made a nice fitting 1/8 inch panel that connected to heavy duty velcro. that way you can strip the interior if you want yo but this is very labor intensive. With this job I merely drill the existing van ribs and use 1 inch drywall screws.Once covered in carpet the heads are not noticeable. To connect these wall partitions , you will notice the shims on the wall side they provide a good contact area for liquid nails and screws. If anyone want to remove this stuff they are going to need a sledge hammer! LOL
Have a super weekend...Nick
