I've been too busy to get any work done for several weeks, so I took the day after the fourth off from work to get back inside the camper all day to keep things moving.Plumbing is getting moved and the base cabinets are almost framed out.First upper is re-secured to align the rest of the run. I'm building false bottoms to hide the wiring just as the originals were.Gluing up the counter blank. I was going to use Corian for the counter but the pieces I have that are long enough are not deep enough. Time being a factor I went with 3/4" pine that is getting heavily polyurethaned top and bottom. This works out better as the cab faces and wall are getting pine wainscoting. The end result I hope will be a cottage-like feel to itLaying out the counter pattern.Once the top is dry fit and the sink cut out, I'm going to screw some battens across the grain underneath to stiffen up the top and keep it stable. That was a full day yesterday. Today I hope to get the counter cut to shape and the first coat of poly on it and another upper built and begin to untangle that ball of wiring and neaten things up a little.
