Phase two of class C rebuild continues.

We've had too much rain to pop out the large side window so I could put in the last of the new plywood. Yesterday was clear so I had at it. Of course the screw heads were rusted in place and just spun without moving. So I had to twist them out like this. 50 screws in all and 37 of them had to come out a half turn at a time. I was going to drill the heads off but was afraid of pushing the bit right through the thin aluminum frame.

New sub walls of 3/8" plywood up and secure. I cleaned up and re-puttied the window and installed it and now am ready to frame out the cabinates. It will be nice to have more than rotted luan holding up the framework. Once the cabinates and counter are in I'm going over the ply with pine wainscoting and everything gets a coat of Tung oil.
