Vintage RVs for the rest of us...
The adventure continues...
To our amazement the wood inside the wall seemed to chared as if in a fire... Oh well needs replacing. The main ceiling support between the cab and body has broken on one side, rusted though.
The sides have started to split as well. No rest for the wicked. With some creative leveling, the leaks aren't so bad right now and we are in the dry season thankfully.
After some new wood, reinforced fiberglass patches, insulation, brackets, spit, baling wire and roof sealant, we will be dry and operational in a few days. We hope.
The kids and furry babies as well as my fiance say hello!
