"Hi Rich,, I ordered the 8.00-16.5 as I can only afford to replace 2 right now and they should be compatible with what is currently on there. But thanks for the input. Do u happen to know what the difference between 8.00 and 9.5 is?"

"Hi Tim and Laurie, A little late but I run Firestone Transforce in a 16.5. I went up to a 9.50 when I had to change out on the road and that was the only size they had all six tire's in. If you happen to have purchased this tire through Walmart…"

I'm looking to replace a couple of my tires and was wondering what a good replacement size and or type would I get as I am having a hard time finding this specific size/ type. The readings on my tire read 8.00-16.5LT, load range D. Is there something out there that is equivalent to this size? Any help would be great, thanks

Hi Tim, thank you for the welcoming. :) I'm learning a lot, thanks to Google! I'm finding out it's going to be a slow process getting this guy going. I thought for sure I would at least have him started by now, but first thing was to get it all cleaned out and smelling good enough to even work on it! (Mice had decided to move in and evidently rent it out to the entire Upper Midwest) So now that all evidence of those little critters have been removed and I can get within 5 feet of it without a gas mask, today I will start on the motor! Wish me luck, I'm going to need it! lol
