I have begun to restore my 1974 Dodge Sportsman Brougham RV. I'm having problem with no electrical power. Things that have been replaced are as follow.
*New Alternator
*New Voltage Regulator
*New Ignition Switch
*New Electrical Ignition
*New Ignition Coil
*New Spark Plugs
*New Battery Post
*New Battery
Things that were done beside parts. All ground wires were checked/cleaned. The master disconnect was removed and the negative battery cable was ran directly to the engine block & chassis.
I still am getting no power at all. I just removed the Ballast Resistor to replace & the I should replace the Starter Relay as well. But I have no idea where it is located. Anyone?
Also looking for a 1974 Dodge Sportsman Brougham Manual in PDF format if anyone has one. My email is jlobos65@gmail.com Thanks!

Only things left are the starter relay,a open circuit starter and the neutral - park safety switch on the transmission. That starter relay is under the hood.Look around under there and you will find it.
You need to diagnose the problem first, otherwise you may be creating new problems before you find the root issueDo you have no ignition power? Or, is there no power to the starter? My best advice would be to first stop throwing money at the problem. .
first off pick up a test light and see if you are getting power from the battries then follow power trail to starter
