I am the proud new owner of this 1966 Lifetime (#159(?)). I am a longtime fan of canned ham, vintage RVs, and Americana; however, this RV is my first venture into the vintage RV world. I am glad to get to know such a great group of enthusiasts, and share stories and information. These photos are from the previous owner, but I will begin posting more pictures once I take ownership this weekend!

Looks good Ryan.I have added Life-Time to this forum.Anyone else out there who owns one of these?
Pat,Life-Time helped Winnebago build their first motorhome in 1966.Before and after that time they also built motorhomes.Later becoming Bendix Lifetime.
Great rig, Happy Happy to you!
What a nice find!
Ryan, glad you had a great road trip.I have used my 1969 Ford P350 with the 300 6 cylinder motor (1970 Winnebago F17) the most.Yours most likely is a 1965 chassis.I take for granted that it will always get me were I want to go!
Thanks, Jim. Do you know of any resources that will help me decode the VIN?
Congratulations Ryan! I saw this on Ebay, nice that a GoodOldRV'er got it. Looking forward to hearing about your adventures.
Lynne
Thanks, Lynne. I saw this on Craigslist and it took me 2 days to talk my wife into getting it - I am shocked that nobody else jumped on this before I did. It is even cooler in person :)
