insulation

good morning all , I am looking for some guidance on which way to go with when insulating my 69 Frolic.

I am up in the air whether to use fiberglass or foamboard, any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I saw a really neat way to use foam board and completely seal it like spray foam insulation. What they did was cut the foam board about 1/2" smaller and use spray foam around all the edges. I plan on doing this when I do the interior on my Aristocrat.

This is a really good way to go!  Insulation value is much better.
