My wife and I have been offered a position as campground manager at a 105 site campground. They asked us how much we think the pay should be and we don't have a clue. Any ideas?

A manager at most any business would receive a starting pay of at least $15 a hour.Try for more though.You will have a lot of work and people to deal with.

I think the pay depends on whether or not they are also offering your site free/reduced costs etc.

 Many of those situations involve you're getting a free full hookup RV site as part of the compensation, and depending on how many hours worked, there could be additional cash salary in addition to the free campsite. I've seen some places where its like 20 hours of work in exchange for the free campsite. Talk to workampers they will tell you.

Thanks. We got the job. It pays really well with a 2 bedroom house as part of the deal. If anybody gets to Sault ste Marie Ontario Canada look us up at the Pointe des Chenes campground.
