Hiya Gang-

Kathy and I have replaced our Travco 32 with an old Dodge Landau 34.

We're in the process of getting the Travco gone. It's a roller... it has good windshields!

It's the '79 Foretravel model, all Walnut interior. On the M-600 chassis, six lug wheels. New-ish Loadflite trans, good 6.5kw Onan, good Rockwell 5:36 rear end.

Converted to GM style HEI ignition, and has a new Rochester QuadraJet on it with adapted Dodge linkage... Much better fuel economy than with the old ThermoQuad.

The 440 suddenly lost compression in 3 cylinders last season, I unknowingly (stupid mistake) flooded the crankcase with gasoline, and then tried to start it... Blew the left valve cover clean off of it.

It needs a rebuild, but ran like a scalded dog for all the years we owned it before...

New-ish Bridgestones on the rear, junk tires on the front...

I need to get the coach off of the storage lot, we ain't rich and can't pay to store two motorhomes...

Does anyone need parts? Would anyone want a project Travco?

All offers on parts or the whole shootin' match will be seriously considered !!!

We just HATE having to get rid of it, so many memories! But alas, nobody here in our area was equipped or willing to do a rebuild for a decent price.

THANKS!
Slick and Kathy in Columbus

Aside from needing engine work (or replace engine) and front tires, what is the condition?  Do you have detailed photos?  If so, please send to Amos@charlottervcenter.com

Thank you!
