Does any one have a propane fire pit? If so, how do you like it.

Hello Jack, I don't own one but I have been around a couple of them with friends. The one's I have been around are pretty nice. One they had semi permanent in that they buried the hose (changed it to a copper line) and put colored stone around the area. It was a pretty nice set up. The other one I don't remember much about. If I had one I would set it up like the one with the buried line. It seams to me the hose could be a tripping hazard if it was used on a deck or patio with more than a few people folks around especialy young one's!

Thanks Rich. I was thinking of taking it camping. I can see the problem with tripping. Need to be very careful.

I think it would be great for camping Jack, if your like me I hate paying $8-$10 dollars for 4 or 5 sticks of wood and hauling it isn't good for the trees with all the insects killing or forest.  I may have to look at that myself. Hey thanks for all the carb. info. The Palace is back on the road and runs awesome!

Glad to hear that the Palace is running good.

Hey Jack I have one close to that one we love it take it everywhere we go a pain to pack with the lava rocks but ohh so nice to sit around at night. I tapped in to my lp tank with a heavy rubber line works great.

Thanks Gary.

I would love to get one..we just got back and saw a few different people have them where there wasn't fire pits
