I have scanned and can email a copy of the 1984 Winnebago Operators Manual (PN#: 054185-20-000). This operators manual to the best of my knowledge covers all models of Winnebago's made in the 1984 model year. This would cover Chieftain, Elandan, LeSharo, Minnie Winnie and Winnie Wagon. If you would like this manual please send me a PM with your email address and I will email a PDF copy of the manual to you.
On a side not I also stumbled across this link as well for all the available sales brochures on the Winnebago website: Winnebago Motor Homes - Brochure Archive
Looks like it covers everything from the model year of 1969 through 2013.

Permalink Reply by brenda hickey on June 19, 2012 at 10:48pm I just bought one in really good conditon. I still need to put on a gas tank and get new tires and then want to get it rechecked all over before I take it out on the road. I really need an owners manual if I can get a copy!
Permalink Reply by Chris Reed on June 22, 2012 at 12:36am I have sent out quite a few manual's to those that need it. One issue that I seem to run in to, is that the file size is rather large. You may want to check the allowable attachment limit by your particular email provider. The PDF document is compressed into a zip file and the size is just under 25mb.
Permalink Reply by Julie Lawrence on July 13, 2012 at 10:52pm Could you please email me a copy of this. I recently inherited a 1984 from my Dad but know nothing about it.
Permalink Reply by Chris Reed on July 15, 2012 at 1:10pm You say that you inherited a 1984, which model Winnebago is it?

Permalink Reply by Chris Reed on July 15, 2012 at 1:09pm Done...... here is the drop box link. This is the link to the uncompressed hi quality document: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/91849054/1984%20Winnebago%20Chieftain%20Op...
This version is 122mb, so it's a HUGE file, but the quality is much better than the one that I've been emailing to everyone up to this point. Thanks for the advise on using Drop Box!
Permalink Reply by Chris Reed on July 15, 2012 at 6:39pm I didn't use Adobe Acrobat to create the file and once scanned I did not see anything in Reader that would allow it to be compressed. Am I missing something? Previously I was emailing the document in a poorer quality that I zipped down to just under 25mb's, but I figured everyone would prefer the one that was scanned at a higher resolution. Drop Box was a solution I could use to offer it that way. From Drop Box anyone should be able to access the file at anytime with the above link as well as down load it to their own computer. The download time may take a little while depending on individual connection speed.
Permalink Reply by Mark Sobyak on July 15, 2012 at 7:44pm Okay, here you go! Very good quality, the pages are de-skewed (straightened up a bit) and only 6mb instead of 122! Should take only like 3 minutes to download instead of 15 on slow dial-up.
Permalink Reply by Mark Sobyak on July 18, 2012 at 11:34pm Note that the Brochure Archive link does cover Winnebago models up to and including 2013. However, it doesn't include Itasca.
This alternate link includes Itasca models as well:
Permalink Reply by kathleen v marrs on July 20, 2012 at 5:38pm I am in need of one for my 1983 Brave, because I will admit I am totally lost and it would help sooo much lol Know where I can find one? Oh and a repair manual would be nice too.
