It's bonefide official. The ole 5'er is Legal and road worthy safe. The did the usual, light check, tire check, visual walk around. THEN,,, according to Texas Law,,, If the RV is 5 yrs or older, a complete inspection is required. They check the holding tanks, ( They add 10 gallons of fresh water to fresh water tank, checking for leaks, They add 10 gallons to the grey and black tank and move the RV around the parking lot is a zig zag motion then park,, then they crawl underneath to look for *seepage.).The tech rolls on his Mechanics creeper from front to back inspecting the frame and axles etc. They then pull 2 wheels, one from each side to inspect the brake linings and components. They finish up with checking the landing jacks and king pin hitch assembly. I think the ole gal is ready for another 30 yrs of road treking.

I remember seeing an old TT out of canada. I was looking at the roof noticing the 110 romex making and indent where it crossed the rafters under the metal. I thought how dangerous that was. Now when you sell a coach in canada it needs to be inspected first. So, they made some changes...
