steel spiral shank nails needed for restoration

This is not just a car rather RV construction around a 1942 V-8 sedan.  I need some special nails and have not found  one supplier.  Maybe RV'er's will have a clue as to where I can find them.

I need steel spiral-shank button head 7/8" nails - quite a quantity.  Any notion as to suppliers for items like this?

by button head I mean... like a rounded button.  It would not have a dimple like a pop rivet might.  Wish I knew how to post a picture of one.  Thanks for the question!

spiral shank nails are also called screw shank nails. As to button head that's not very descriptive.

Do you mean decorative upholstery button head? Button head like a pop rivet?
