Just purchased a 1987 Southwind and have a water leak!

This leak was first discovered as we sat at the table and suddenly noticed a water spot in the hallway outside the bathroom.  First time we used it!  Previous owner said "never had a water leak."  When we looked in the compartment under the bathroom sink it was all wet so the leak must be coming from there.  Fixing a plumbing leak is not a problem-it's getting to the lines that is the issue.  There is a 8 inch by 8 inch door to the area.  How is a person supposed to access this?

My '87 had  a leaky T under the kitchen sink and it was difficult but I got it. Used a compression fitting from ACE.

If you rig is like mine (A 28Y) you can remove the drawer and the panel to the right of the vertical cabinet and think small :-) I also had a leak from the toilet, it was the vac-break AND the rim rinse line also had worked loose.
