1989 Champion Ultrastar. 454 chevy big block auto transmission with a shift kit. Newer tires. Remodeling inside. Needs finished. 5000.00 put into it so far, new high profile toilet, changed from 30 amp to 50 amp service. All wireing in the coach runs through flex tight flexible conduit with boxes. No TV refer. Has floor model home style. No stove top. Was going to replace it. Copper will need replaced. As of right now plumbed with PVC water lines. No regulator required. New wood floor. Make it how you want it.no hot water heater but conduit is ready for on demand water heater. No furnace but I wired and installed a 120 volt cadet heater. Electric in winter is 60.00 a month. It's a nice rig. I just got too old to finish it. Would be a waste to scrap it. Had four double light but now set up for 11 double lights. Lot of light.
