I'd like to do the Jimco Jam too, but my parents rented a house at the shore that week. Sounds like you'll be getting some use out of your rig, too.
The caliper started to loosen up on the way back, but I need to take a look at it. The calipers, pads and rotors are new. It wasn't long after I replaced all of that before the right front started squealing when it got hot. Now it's apparently locking up, and it's a function of use/heat. I feel the pedal get stiff and I can smell hot brakes. But it only does it when it's hot (like driving around town). Once I get going again it loosens up until the next time I have to brake a lot.
It also runs warm on long hill climbs, but I guess that's just the way these things are. It didn't get hot, but the temp gauge swings to the warmer side of normal. I can hear the clutch on the fan kick in and that seems to stabilize it.
I'm headed to Hershey on Friday so I need to sort it out.
Glad to hear things went well. I'm heading to the lake Thursday for a weekender; My birthday gift to me, kinda LOL. Heading to mid Ohio to dry camp over the last weekend in June Hope I have the same results with the power and tanks. I'd really like to do the Jimco Jam too but, had already bought tickets for Indy-car races's on the same calendar. Congrats on the Pocono trip though and get that caliper changed.
NASCAR weekend at the Pocono Raceway. Had a blast and the old Allegro did well. Right front caliper is hanging up, and she's leaking a little coolant but all in all a good ride and a great time. Was home base for about a dozen friends yesterday and today. First time dry camping and it was great. Plenty of battery, water and holding tank capacity for the 2 days.
